Returns

Once opened the creams or products can not be returned.

We will replace the heads of the jars if they are faulty.
Please email us at info@essentielvie.com and we will email you a returns address to send your product.

No returns accepted on any adverse reactions as far as we know all ingredients and products tested and approved according to the EU mandate and requirements. All products pass the chemical assessment tests required by the EU regulation.

It is advised that the trial product sizes are purchased in the first instance in case the client are uncertain of any medical conditions.
We take no liability for adverse reactions due to individual susceptibility unknown to us or the client.
